1) The City Government of Mati, through the 5% DRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos & 40/100 (Php4, 129, 464.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Flood Control System: Construction of Lined Canal and Slope Protection at Upper Salazar - Phase I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirteen (113) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
