INVITATION TO BID FOR

FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT IN BRGY. UNGOS (PUROK SAMPALOC)

1. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, through the Municipal DRRM Fund CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of PhP 499, 852.68 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Flood Control Project in Brgy. Ungos (Purok Sampaloc). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 Calendar Days, from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
