The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY, through the 20% BDF 2026, intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE AND 16/100 (PHP 88, 765.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE FLOOD CONTROL OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MAYONG, TIWI, ALBAY,
