The Georgia Department Of Public Safety (dps) Is Posting A Bid To Establish An Open Agency Contract For Flir Equipment, Parts, Maintenance And Repairs. Maintenance And Repairs Will Be Done Only At A Flir Authorized Repair Location. All Equipment And Parts Will Be Genuine Flir Parts, No Substitutions. If Equipment Is Shipped To Dps, Price For Equipment Must Include Shipping. Supplier Will Be Offering A Discount Off Labor, Equipment And Repair Parts. The Open Agency Contract Will Run One (1) Year With Four (4) - One (1) Year Optional Renewals. The Open Agency Contract Offers No Guarantee Of Work Hours Or Equipment/parts Purchases. Work Hours Listed Are Estimates Only. Dps Would Prefer This Contract Be Extended To Other State Of Ga Agencies That Also Utilize Flir Products. Dps Ga State Patrol Aviation Is Located At Kennesaw Hangar, 1900 Airport Rd, Kennesaw, Ga 30144. Read The Instructions Carefully. Some Documents Are Required To Be Completed And Uploaded To The Bid, Such As The Ga Security And Immigration Affidavit, Agency Contract Form, Etc. No Bonds Are Required For This Bid.
