This procurement is being conducted in accordance with far subpart 13.5, test program for certain commercial items. The government reserves the right to award multiple awards. Contractors are permitted to submit quotes for individual line items.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation #m00263-16-t-1025 is issued as an request for quotation (rfq). The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (fac) 2005-74 and dfars public notice 20140715. This soliciation is a full and open. The associated north american industrial classification system (naics) codes for this requirement are 333318 this acquisition is for the procurement of nonpersonal supplies to provide five (5) fully enclosed, 3-axis motion (fe3am) flight simulators, seventeen (17) . Unenclosed 2-axis motion flight simulators. The contract type will be a fixed-price contract pursuant to far subpart 16.2. The contract requirements for the flight simulators (fully enclosed/unenclosed)and technical support is outlined in specifications/statement of work as set forth in the solicitation.
