Description
THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is being issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).
NSWPD has a requirement to procure support for NSWCPD Codes 315 and 317 to include Logistics Support, Supply Support, Project Management Support, Provisioning, and Program Support. This support requires the contractor to provide technical data systems development, maintenance and infrastructure support, support of joint logistics products and processes, design, development, testing and fielding support for joint technical data integration efforts, technical data packages and other data support, technical data conversion, and distribution/management of technical data. The contractor shall furnish services and products in support of the following areas:
- Provisioning
- Availability Support
- ILS Certifications
- DLA 339 and NAVSUP ESRS Support
- Engineering and technical services
- Configuration Management
- Remedy Tracking (trouble tickets)
- In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) coordination/integration
- Warfare Centers and System Commands (SYSCOMS) coordination/integration
- Metrics capture and tracking
- ILS coordination
- Program Support
It is the Government-s intention to procure these services on a competitive basis. Prior to issuing a solicitation, NSWCPD is requesting information in order to make an informed determination regarding procurement strategy. A copy of the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. The procurement is anticipated to result in the award of multi- award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) ordering provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330.
