Tender Details

The District of North Vancouver (the “District”) is seeking responses from vendors (“Proponents”) who offer an off-the-shelf Fleet Management System solution to support and manage the District-s 250 fleet and 250 other assets, such as equipment.



The District currently does not have a system to manage its fleet, and is using a lot of manual, disjointed methods such as Excel spreadsheets and paper records. We envision a Fleet Management System that will allow our Fleet team to easily look up all records regarding a specific vehicle or piece of equipment. In addition, staff who drive the vehicles will also utilize the system for booking vehicles and for completing pre and post trip inspection reports. The Fleet Management System will also integrate with our various internal business systems.
