Item1: ( 918 - 29 ) The Government of the Virgin Islands Government or GVI through its Department of Property & Procurement Division of Transportation seeks to procure an agreement for a software as a service SAAS branded Fleet Fuel Card Program & Fuel Supply from a qualified fuel retail solutions system provider with cloud storage for the District of St. Croix. The Fleet Fuel Card will be used exclusively for fuel purchases. The GVI at its discretion may wish to limit the number of fuel purchases per vehicle or place other limitations on individual card uses and transactions
