ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS must be received by the County of Renfrew Development and Property Department by 2:00 p.m. local time, June 8, 2023 using ‘Bids & Tenders- electronic tendering platform for the project, located at Bids and Tenders - County of Renfrew (https://countyofrenfrew.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en/Home/BidsHomepage) for a flat roof overlay up to 32, 000 sq. ft. and the replacement of two (2) HVAC systems at Renfrew County Place, 450 O'Brien Road, Renfrew, Ontario.
Electronic PDF files of the drawings, specifications and Bid forms will be available for registered bidders on the County of Renfrew Bids and Tenders on May 11, 2023.
The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the County of Renfrew reserves the right to award any portion of the work or none of the work.
Proponents are invited to a Mandatory Site Meeting on May 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. located at 450 O-Brien Road, Renfrew Ontario. Please arrive on time.
