This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Flagstaff County (“the County”) to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposal for Flagstaff Region Investment Attraction Marketing Material Development as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
This project aims to strengthen Flagstaff County-s investment readiness and promotional efforts by developing a suite of professional marketing materials aligned with the County-s Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Strategy. The County is seeking to engage a qualified consulting firm to produce compelling, sector-specific marketing content that communicates the County-s value proposition to international investors, highlights high-potential opportunities, and supports investor outreach.
The end goal of this project is to enhance Flagstaff County-s ability to attract, retain, and expand foreign direct investment by providing clear, data-informed, and investment-ready profiles and promotional tools. These materials will be used to inform international marketing efforts, guide outreach strategies, and support investment facilitation conversations with prospective investors and partners.
Flagstaff County will evaluate proposals based on overall value, methodology, and demonstrated experience. Proponents are encouraged to submit detailed project plans outlining how they will meet the deliverables and timeline provided within the RFP.
