THE OFFER MUST BE SUBMITTED SIGNED AND SEALED IN ORIGINAL IN THE NAME OF THE HONDURAS FIRE CORPORATION, ATTACH THE RTN AND TAX SOLVENCY OF THE COMPANY, THE SUPPLIER MUST ACCEPT EXEMPT PURCHASE ORDER AND DELIVER THE PRODUCT WITH MINIMUM CREDIT OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS ALL OFFER RECEIVED MUST ADHERE TO CIRCULAR ONCAE-005-2021 WHICH ESTABLISHES THE FOLLOWING IN PARAGRAPH 5: SUPPLIERS ARE INSTRUCTED THAT FOR THE PRESENTATION OF PHYSICAL OFFERS ON THE HONDUCOMPRAS 1 PLATFORM THE REGULATION ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE 111 OF THE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE PROCUREMENT LAW.
