Products or services: Inventory management programs Its purpose is to hire specialized professional and technical services that allow the Illustrious Municipality of Mejillones to improve the administration, control, protection and management of its fixed assets and inventories under NICSP-CGR standards, by updating the property registry, blind inventory survey, coding and labeling of assets, generation of wall sheets, and accounting regularization (1. Valuation of assets, 2. Calculation of impairment, if any, 3. Calculation of depreciation); considering the implementation of a comprehensive technological solution, which includes the provision, parameterization, installation and operation of the software in an environment of desirable production, and additionally the supply of the hardware necessary for the identification of the goods. An execution period of approximately 6 to 8 months is estimated, along with technical support of at least 12 months.
