Five-year evaluation of the 2020/2030 Metropolitan Mobility Plan of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis The purpose of this contract is the five-year evaluation of the 2020/2030 Metropolitan Mobility Plan. The purpose of this service is to drive the five-year evaluation of the Metropolitan Mobility Plan (PDM) of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, in accordance with articles L1214-8 et seq. of the Transport Code, in order to: • Draw up a structured assessment of the implementation of the PDM 2020-2030, five years after its approval, including on the financial level, and the Local Mobility Plans (hereinafter PLM), approved and in the finalization phase (five as of December 31, 2025); •Measure in particular the impact of the actions undertaken on the transport offer, mobility behaviors, and air quality; •Identify possible strategic and operational adjustments necessary to improve the effectiveness of the Plan by 2030 and the initial objectives announced; and propose corrective actions corresponding; • Produce elements of analysis, consolidated indicators and updated data relating to the impact of the PDM on air quality and greenhouse gas emissions, intended to feed into the revision of the PCAEM and to guarantee consistency climate and mobility trajectories by 2030 •Analyze the conformity of the PDM with the evolution of regulatory texts (European and national) since its approval, identify the...
