The purpose of this contract is the five-year evaluation of the 2020/2030 Metropolitan Mobility Plan. The purpose of this service is to conduct the five-year evaluation of the Metropolitan Mobility Plan (PDM) of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, in accordance with articles L1214-8 et seq. of the Transport Code, in order to: • Draw up a structured assessment of the implementation of the PDM 2020-2030, five years after its approval, including on the financial level, and the Local Mobility Plans (hereinafter PLM), approved and in the finalization phase (five as of December 31, 2025); •Measure in particular the impact of the actions undertaken on the transport offer, mobility behavior, and air quality; •Identify possible strategic adjustments and necessary operational measures to improve the effectiveness of the Plan by 2030 and the initial objectives announced; and propose the corresponding corrective actions; • Produce analysis elements, consolidated indicators and updated data relating to the impact of the PDM on air quality and greenhouse gas emissions, intended to feed into the revision of the PCAEM and to guarantee the coherence of climate and mobility trajectories by 2030 •Analyze the conformity of the PDM with developments regulatory texts (European and national) adopted since its approval, identify the missing elements of the PDM with regard to this analysis and propose the corresponding corrective actions; ...
