(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO 12) will be used for this requirement.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, DFARS Publication notice (DPN), DPN 20260507 and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS, DAFFARS 20241016.
(iv) THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE: Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 337215 with a size standard of 500 employees.
