Description:

Fit-Out Works for Control Room of Smart Meters at AMI Building Kahramaa intends to establish control room for smart meters networks by executing fit-out, electrical and lighting works for the designated room. Establishment of this control room will be executed by both this Contract and another contractor/s based on mutual agreement with Kahramaa and its scope of works will be executed simultaneously during execution of this Contract-s/Tender-s scope, in addition to another contractor, who will executed IT related works, accordingly close coordination is required between all involved parties to execute their part on time without any disturbance or delay to other parties works- progress to successfully completing the project. Whereas Contractor engages in such fit-out, electrical and lighting works for such rooms. Whereas Contractor states that he is ready, willing and able to execute and complete this works as per specified requirement, details and to satisfaction of Kahramaa within stipulated Contract Duration. The scope in general contains interior decoration/Fit-Out works with finishing for floors, walls, ceiling, indoor plantation, customized and ready-made furniture as detailed in the respective parts of the scope of works, complete.
