Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Fishing Equipment and Operations Specialist.

The Independent State of Samoa has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Samoa Agriculture and Fisheries Productivity and Marketing project (SAFPROM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services ("the services") includes reviewing current fishing gear designs and methods in small scale and oceanic fisheries in Samoa as well as similar operations around the world. Assisting with the identification and specification of new types/or methods of small-scale fishing gear suitable for fishing outside of the lagoon on alia fishing vessels (15m).
