Within the framework of the Sargasso Sea Project and under the supervision of the Head of the Marine Policy and Regional Coordination Section, the Consultant will support the delivery of project objectives related to enhancing ocean governance, improving the knowledge base, and supporting regional cooperation for the sustainable management of the Sargasso Sea ecosystem.The project will achieve its objective through the following 4 components: Component 1: Partnerships and Organizational Infrastructure for Stewarding the Sustainable Management of the Natural Resources of the Sargasso Sea Ecosystem producing a road-map and budget to support a collaborative Ecosystem Based Approach to sustainable management of natural resources and conservation within the Sargasso Sea. This would clearly define the roles and align with the mandates of the relevant stakeholders.
