The Fisher River Cree Nation is calling tenders for the Goldeye Lake Drive Subdivision - Phase 1 project.Sealed tenders will be received up to 11:00 a.m. (prevailing Winnipeg time) on June 19, 2026 at the office of JR Cousin Consultants Ltd., 91A Scurfield Blvd., Winnipeg, MB.Works generally include: Approximately 540 m3 of Rock removal Supply and installation of approximately 1, 220 m of low-pressure sewer Supply and installation of approximately 1, 600 m of watermain Supply and installation of water and sewer service lines for 66 residential lots Supply of septic tanks and pumps for 66 residential lots Construction of double surface treated gravel roadways including culverts, ditches, and boulevard grading Lot grading and perimeter drainage Regrading of outlet drainage Remediation and relocation of approximately 7, 160 m3 of observed refuse from the abandoned landfill Expansion of a 39, 000 m3 waste disposal cell at the landfill site to accept removed refuse material.A pre-tender meeting will be held at the Goldeye Lake Drive Subdivision site starting at 1:30 p.m. on June 9, 2026.
