The list of facilities of the Poznań Nursery Complex located in Poznań, along with the addresses to which the articles will be delivered, constitutes Annex No. 2 to the contract template. Fish deliveries - fresh salmon fillet and frozen miruna fillet to the facilities of the Poznań Nursery Complex. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form constituting Annex 1 to the contract. A detailed description of the terms of order execution is included is included in the contract template constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The list of facilities of the Poznań Nursery Complex located in Poznań, along with the addresses to which the articles will be delivered, constitutes Annex No. 2 to the contract template. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility introducing changes to the contract in relation to the content of the offer, for on the basis of which the Contractor was selected in accordance with the provisions of § 12 of the draft contract.
