IT Helpdesk First Line Technical Support Service. First stage - offer submission stage. Procedure criteria adopted: 80% - Price for MONTHLY Fees for support services in accordance with OPZ. Discretionary points: Documented previous cooperation with Ordering parties in the field of IT services - 10 points, (up to one year - 3 points, over 1 year - up to 2 years - 5 points, over 2 years - 10 points), Documented experience of staff in using the SolidWorks system - 5 points, (up to one year - 1 point, from 1 - 3 years - 2 points, over 3 years - 5 points), Documented staff experience in using the Comarch ERP XL system - 5 points (up to one year - 1 point, from 1 - 3 years old - 2 points, over 3 years old - 5 points). We absolutely require the following to be sent in PDF form: - offers in each round of the procedure in the form attachment in a pdf file. with signatures of authorized persons, consistent with OPZ - in particular point 4., - minimum two projects implemented in the field of HelpDesk IT support with companies with over 100 users - references, - Resume - for each of the six specialists required by the Ordering Party, specifying Specialist No. 1, 2, etc. up to 6.
