The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to deliver certified First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training. The objective is to establish an Agreement with a single Proponent capable of providing high‑quality, accredited, and cost‑effective training programs that meet or exceed all applicable regulatory requirements.The Preferred Proponent will be responsible for delivering certified Canadian Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED training, including: Standard First Aid Emergency First Aidrs CPR - Level C CPR - Basic Life Support (BLS) AED training Recertification courses Specialized or refresher training sessions upon request Mask fit testingThe Purchaser is seeking a Preferred Proponent to deliver training across three (3) distinct training streams: Student Certification and Recertification for Placement Requirements (Off-site and On-site) Must be able to provide on-site training at the Windsor Campus - 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4. Must be able to provide on-site training at the Chatham Campus - 1001 Grand Ave. West, Chatham Ontario N7M 5W4. Off-site training may be offered as an additional delivery option but does not replace the requirement for on-site training at both campus locations.
