Invitation to Fireworks Display
1.The Local Government of Maitum, through the OTHER MOOE intends to apply the sum of 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fireworks Display for the Celebration of Bangsi Festival. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Local Government of Maitum, Municipal Bids and Awards Committee Chairman-s Office, at Office of Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Hall, Maitum, Sarangani Province and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays.
