Brief description of the procurement: 1) The subject of the procurement contract is, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the basic documents of the public procurement, the supplier's software updates and the provision of product support for the software.
2) The provider must provide the client with the following Check Point software on weekdays (8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) within 12 months support service and provide the following manufacturer product support services and software updates to the purchaser:
a) product support and software updates (Collaborative Premium support) for devices on Check Point account 8616139;
b) product support and software updates (Collaborative standard Pro Support) on the Check Point account for products under 6251170;
c) Baseline Threat Prevention (CPEBP-NGTP) services for products CPSG-8C-NGTP-HA on Check Point account 6251170 and CPSG-8C-NGTP.
