The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with The Supply Cache for the Firefighter-s clothing, supplies and tools for BIA, Navajo Region, Fort Defiance - Wildland Fire under the authority of FAR 12.102(a), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
