Scope of WorkThe objective of this project is to implement the recommendations as outlined in the attached drawings and specifications. The work shall include the provision of all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the installation, modifications, and associated activities in accordance with the contract documents.All solutions and work performed under this scope shall comply with the latest applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:• National Building Code of Canada (NBCC)• National Fire Code of Canada (NFC)• Canada Labour Code (CLC) - Part II• Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR)• Treasury Board Secretariat Fire Protection Standards (FPS)The contractor shall ensure that all work is executed in a safe, efficient, and coordinated manner, fully aligned with the approved drawings and specifications. Compliance with all applicable health and safety requirements is mandatory throughout the execution of the work.Any discrepancies between site conditions and the contract documents shall be identified and reported for clarification prior to proceeding with the work.
