Submissions marked "COR26-00089 - Fire Station 1 Renovation" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday June 2, 2026. The City requires a qualified contractor to provide renovation and construction services for Fire Station 1, located at 2585 13th Avenue, in Regina, Saskatchewan. The scope generally includes, but is not limited to: Emergency generator replacement Condensing unit replacement Boilers & water heater replacement Air Handling Unit replacement Air louver, ductwork and motorized damper installation Fire alarm replacement Lighting LED and controls upgrade BMS System installation Gear dryer installation Fire stopping, among other things. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
