Expression of Interest are invited for Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Services and Support (1178/Qm).

Tender Scope:

The Company requires the Vendor to carry out testing, inspection, maintenance, and replacement services of firefighting equipment as described below located at Company-s office site, archive building, vehicles as required by the Company. The work shall include but not limited to the following:

· To carry out routine maintenance and inspection for the following:

· Portable Fire Extinguisher DCP and CO2

· Fire alarm system

· Heat and Smoke detector equipment

· FM 200 Fire suppression system

· Fire Hose reel system

· 24 Hours support services to accommodate for emergency

· To provide all services associated with the work including (but not limited to) the following:

· Supply OEM spare parts as required by the Company

· Refill/recharge and/or replace fire extinguishers and required fittings including but not limited to brackets and housings as required by the Company.

· Repairs and/or replace the fire detection equipment as required by the Company

· Provide only suitably trained and certified personnel to carry out inspections and maintenance service

· Availability of 24 hours support services to accommodate for emergency

· Provide management standard report for inspections, findings, recommendations and performance
