A mandatory site walk through for contractors will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at 2400 12th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan. Meet at the front entrance. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Regina Housing Authority requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Notifications can be by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1 (306) 525-9815. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified.
