RFP BACKGROUNDThe University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for 5 year Internal Inspections of Sprinkler Systems and 5 year Hydrostatic Testing of Fire Department Connections in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one or more vendor(s) that meet or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.The successful proponent (if any) would provide the 5 year Internal Inspections of Sprinkler Systems and 5 year Hydrostatic Testing of Fire Department Connections as proscribed for the University-s Waterloo, Kitchener, Stratford, Aberfoyle and Cambridge Campus locations.The term of this contract shall be for a period of a three (3) years with the University option to renew for up to 2 additional one year periods at Univertisty of Waterloo-s sole discretion.—Plant Operations BackgroundOur mission is to enable outstanding learning, high-impact research and vibrant campus life experiences of the University community.
