The description of the subject of the contract was included in the contract template - Annex 5 to the inquiry. 3. The application does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 4. The possibilities of entrusting a part of the order to perform by subcontractors. The contractor participating in the proceedings should be on the reference list of the Commander of the State Fire Service in the Capital City of Warsaw and have the right to perform the activities specified in the template of the contract. I.TERMIN IMPLEMENTATION: 36 months from 01.08.2025. or from the date of signing the contract in the event of signing after 01.08.2025.
