The SPSA is conducting a Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a standing offer Agreement for the supply of Fire Hoses if and when requested to be delivered to SPSA location at Prince Albert, SK. Fire hoses are at risk of being destroyed during wildfires, so a replacement program is being implemented to be able to purchase replacement firehose as required for wildland fire suppression. Without the standing offer in place, the SPSA will not be able to maintain minimum hose levels in the warehouse. This will compromise the SPSA-s ability to provide equipment for operational response both in-province as well as for any CIFFC requests.
