Tender Details

The charitable organization, the Foundation for the Prevention of Chemical Addiction and AIDS, announces a tender for the local purchase of fire-fighting equipment. The purchase is carried out without value added tax (VAT) in accordance with the provisions of Clause 26, Subsection 2, Chapter X of the Tax Code of Ukraine and Resolution No. 284 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 17.04.2013, as the expenses are incurred within the framework of the Global Fund project grants provided in accordance with the Global Fund programs to combat AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in Ukraine. The participant is obliged to submit a price offer only in the amount that is final and will be payable by the Customer. Attention: The procurement has been re-announced, it will be considered that the procurement took place if at least 2 participants submitted. If the procurement procedure goods, works or services did not take place twice using the electronic platform, depending on the situation, it is possible to choose a winner from among the two available participants.
