Fire-extinguishing equipment - inspection, maintenance and replacement
Background The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the client has a predictable and professionally sound system for checking, maintaining and possibly replacing hand-held fire-fighting equipment. This is necessary to ensure fire safety in the client's building and to ensure that the equipment is in satisfactory condition at all times and in accordance with current standards. The procurement is carried out by several clients jointly. The principals enter into an agreement with the provider individually, but with joint conditions. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns a framework agreement for annual inspection, maintenance and possible replacement of hand-held fire-fighting equipment, including fire extinguishers and fire hoses. The delivery must be carried out in accordance with relevant standards, including NS 3910 and NS-EN 671-3. The assignment includes periodic checks, necessary service and maintenance, as well as replacement of equipment if necessary to maintain regulatory and functional fire-fighting equipment in the client's building.
