Bulletin Desc : Removal of eight (8) fire-rated wood doors (door only) located in select interior stairwells at Pine Circle elderly development for Whitman Housing Authority. Salvage existing door hardware, such as latch sets, closers and electromagnetic door holders, for re-installation. Install eight (8) 1 1/2 hr fire-rated metal door where existing doors removed. Paint newly-installed doors. All work is to be in accordance with drawings and specifications contained in this scope of work.
