The District currently operates a diverse mix of legacy fire alarm systems installed over several decades and is evaluating modernization strategies that improve reliability, support code compliance, and provide a sustainable long-term fire alarm infrastructure across district facilities.Through this Request for Information (RFI), TUSD aims to better understand available technologies, system architectures, monitoring options, and implementation strategies that support compliance with NFPA 72, the International Fire Code (IFC), and applicable Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
