The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract The NSTC Enterprise consists of NSTC, Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps and subordinate commands with locations nationwide. NSTC is requiring a digital fingerprinting service solution capable of providing services to all midshipmen, active duty personnel and potential employees located within the continental United States including Hawaii and have those fingerprints submitted to the NBIB (or their successors) via SWFT (or their successors). NSTC has an estimated requirement of approximately 1, 000 fingerprints required per year and an additional not to exceed 250 fingerprints per year that will be supported under this contract. Delivery is FOB Destination and is required not later than 30 days after contract award; Delivery Location is multiple locations in the US. Responsibility and Inspection unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. The Government will conduct an acceptance inspection at the point of delivery. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561611 with a size standard of $25 million. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations.
