The object of this Concession is to have a mono-brand or a multi-brand high end retail store at Helsinki Airport. The selection must consist of one or more of the following product categories: “fashion and accessories”, “leather goods” or “handbags”. The tendered premises are located at the heart of vibrant Schengen terminal. Finavia grants possession of one (1) business premises, "Unit", located in Helsinki Airport, to an Operator specializing in offering high-end retail to all potential customers at an international travelling environment. The vision of the concept is a store representing high end products and brand(s) and customer service. The store must excel in providing prestigious shopping experience and acknowledged brand or brands of high quality. Finavia-s vision is to offer world-class services for air passengers and airlines.
