The purpose of the procurement is to acquire a modern, integrated and user-friendly financial system that supports and enables the organization's target image for the financial function as a close-to-business, analytically strong and digitally mature partner to operations and management. The financial system must ensure an efficient and effective financial management through standardised, data-driven and highly automated processes with built-in control and traceability, must further support compliance with laws, accounting rules and owner directives as well as enable reporting to management, operations, owners, board and authorities. Through modern and well-integrated system support, administrative steps must be reduced and time freed up for analysis, advice and other value-creating work that contributes to efficient development. The procurement includes delivery of a financial system as a cloud service (SaaS) as well as implementation and associated services as below. The tenderer must provide all parts of the assignment. Kfast intends to a large extent to procure a standardized financial system solution, with limited need for adaptations and a minimal need for extensive or recurring testing.
