Financial system The procurement concerns financial and e-commerce systems for four municipalities: Östra Göinge municipality, Osby municipality, Höörs municipality and Bromölla municipality. The procurement is a coordinated procurement for these municipalities, where Östra Göinge Municipality is the coordinator the municipality. Contracting authorities will sign contracts separately. Procuring authorities intend to sign a contract for the delivery of the Service for a period of ten (10) years with the right to an extension for three (3) plus two (2) years.
