Current situation
Linkoeping municipality today uses the financial system Twin 8 which currently manages three separate portfolios of financial investments, funds and bonds (not debt management) with a total market value of 4.5 billion. Three-four users are actively working in the current system. Current systemis integrated with ERP Agresso (Unit4) where accounting file is sent and Qlik Sense which extracts reports. Twin 8 was purchased in 1995 and has an old structure without a report package and does not meet the desired reporting requirements.r efficient, user-friendly and compliant with current legislation. The financial system shall facilitate the municipality's way of registering purchases/sales of fund units, discounts, dividends and other events. Exchange rates (eg SIX) should be linked into the system for att update holdings on an ongoing basis with market values. Data from the current system (TWIN) needs to be migrated to the new system. A new system should have a reporting feature to visually show outcomes, trends, returns by asset class and other key metrics.
