CM-MC 2025_054 - 1 CM-MC 2025_054 - 2 The CM-MC group is an important player in Belgian healthcare, which is characterized by a varied and constantly changing IT environment. Currently, the accounting and purchasing processes are mainly based on Oracle eBS and Adfinity (Easi), without integration between these systems, leading to manual processing, an increased risk of errors and inefficiencies. This assignment is part of a modernization and integration project that aims to: improve operational efficiency, data quality and the level of automation of the financial and Procure-to-Pay processes. This government contract covers the delivery, implementation, configuration, integration, support and... maintenance of tools to support the accounting processes and the Procure-to-Pay process (P2P) within the MC-CM group. When reading the terms of reference, the terms integration, interconnection and interoperability should be understood as follows: • Integration = development, configuration and implementation of both tools within the MC-CM ecosystem; • coupling = establishing connections (in and outgoing data flows) between the two tools on the one hand and the other IT tools of the MC-CM ecosystem on the other hand; • interoperability = creating links between the accounting program and the P2P program.
