The object of this assignment is to finance the development of various (real estate) projects of IGEMO. The investments to be financed include the acquisition of land and/or buildings, the construction of roads, sewerage and utilities. The assignment includes 1 lot, namely a credit line, with a withdrawal period from the conclusion of the assignment (presumably autumn 2026) until December 31, 2029, with a ceiling of 25 million euros.
