Assignment Description

he objective is to build the e-learning program following a curriculum and using technical content already developed by the World Bank Group. . This technical content has been delivered to a live audience through a series of webinars and accompanying factsheets. The firm is expected to use this content as the base and convert it into an innovative and engaging online learning program embedded in an immersive webpage. The training should be highly interactive and designed with elements of gamification, VR, and immersive case-studies. The goal is to inform, educate, and refine the participants understanding of financial protection of public assets and upskilling capacity on designing, developing, delivering, and operating effective financial protection strategies. This training is designed primarily for government officials in countries looking to set up financial protection programs, especially officials from Ministries of Finance and staff that manage public assets.
