Financial planning The object of the procurement is a financial planning system suitable for use by a municipal organization, which supports budget and plan preparation, forecasting and basic reporting in accordance with the Municipal Act. The system must enable multi-year (at least 1+3) financial planning, industry and cost center-specific budgeting as well as scenario and forecast functions. The system must include the functionality of personnel planning, which enables personnel years, salary costs and the multi-year (at least 1+3) planning of side costs as part of the budget and plan and their forecasting during the year. The solution must support task, position and cost center level planning and integrate with payroll and HR systems to ensure up-to-date cost information.
