Financial planning The object of the procurement is a financial planning system, which in this procurement means a system for budget preparation, personnel planning and forecasting. The object of the acquisition is divided into three entities: 1. Financial planning system and ongoing services, including support for software maintenance and use. The acquisition also includes the right to expand the system for its original purpose. 2. Complementary expert services, covered separately professional services to be ordered such as e.g. further development and further training. 3. Delivery and commissioning project, covering the tasks required for the delivery and commissioning of the system to be procured, incl. conversion of existing data and migration.
