The subject of the order is the selection of a contractor providing a financial leasing service to finance the purchase of a carousel lathe, implemented as part of the CAPEX 203-03-PZO project. The scope of the order includes providing financing for the purchase of a fixed asset with net value of PLN 1, 999, 000.00 and leasing services throughout the entire duration of the contract, ending with the transfer of ownership of the leased item to the Ordering Party. Required leasing parameters: own payment: 25% of the value of the leased item, financing period: 60 months (5 years), interest rate: variable, buyout: carried out as the last leasing installment, settlement currency: PLN. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to present a complete financing offer, including in particular the schedule spłat, całkowity koszt leasingu, wszystkie opłaty dodatkowe oraz warunki wykupu.KRYTERIA OCENY OFERT1. Total cost of leasing (TCO) - 100% The evaluation of offers will be based on the total cost of financing incurred by the Ordering Party in the entire period of the leasing contract. The TCO calculation will include: the sum of all leasing installments, the initial fee (if present in the offeror's model), the cost of purchasing the leased item, commissions and handling fees, insurance costs required by financing party (if obligatory), other costs directly related to the implementation of the leasing.
