PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE:
The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Centers San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD), intends to solicit proposals and will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Support at Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet (CNSP). The acquisition will be conducted using RFP process.

DESCRIPTION: This is a non-personal services contract to provide financial analysis, audit readiness, system support, and training services in support of Commander Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC; a.k.a. CNSP) located at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA.
The contractor shall provide non-personal services necessary to perform Financial Analysis, Audit readiness, System support, and Training services as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
The Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVSURFPAC), a Naval Type Commander (TYCOM), and an echelon III command, is under the administrative and operational command of Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT). The COMNAVSURFPAC (CNSP) Comptroller has the responsibility for the oversight, analysis, execution, and overall management of the CNSP Financial Analysis, Audit readiness, System support, and Training services program.
