The City of Prince Albert (City) is seeking qualified consultants or firms to provide Project Management and Consulting Services to replace our existing financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The objective of this engagement is to provide project management and strategic consulting expertise to support the successful execution of replacing our current ERP software. The project includes the following phases: 1. Development of the project framework including requirements gathering and process review for redesign and optimization. 2. Assistance through the competition process to select an ERP software replacement. 3. Support through the implementation and post implementation phase.
