Bahrain Internet Exchange BIX a non profit government unit under the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications BIX seeking to tender for the provision of financial consulting services improve performance and growth by identifying new solutions to problems, assessing risks and providing financial and administrative recommendations to BIX Executive management. Identify the priorities of BIX strategic projects and implement them by developing and evaluating feasibility studies from a financial and administrative perspective to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the development of BIX strategic administrative and financial goals and performance indicators, and evaluate them periodically. Review and audit accounts, data, and accounting constraints, and prepare and analyze BIX budget and financial reports. The service provider must commit to providing the service with due regard to practical experience work quality and efficiency.
